Yes. The free tier gives you 10 conversions per day with no account required. Create a free account to double that to 20 conversions per day with Free+.
What counts as a conversion?
Each file you upload and convert counts as one conversion, regardless of how many pages it contains or what format you export to.
What does 'Enhanced AI accuracy' mean on Premium?
Premium uses a newer-generation AI model that delivers higher extraction accuracy — particularly on complex layouts like dense invoices, multi-page bank statements, or low-quality scans. Free and Free+ use a capable standard model that works well for most documents. Premium upgrades to a more advanced model with improved field recognition, better table detection, and fewer errors.
What does '3× faster' mean on Premium?
Free and Free+ process files one at a time (sequentially). Premium processes multiple files in parallel — so a batch of documents finishes roughly 3× faster overall. The difference is most noticeable with larger batches; single-file conversions take about the same time on any tier.
Can I batch-process multiple documents at once?
Yes. Upload multiple files simultaneously based on your tier: 3 for Free, 10 for Free+, 50 for Premium. You can mix document types and export formats in a single batch. Free+ and Premium users can download the entire finished batch as a single ZIP file or have it emailed directly to them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment processor, which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and local payment methods available in your country.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account dashboard, and you will retain Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you store my files?
No. All documents are processed in-memory and permanently discarded after conversion. ScanToExcel never stores your uploaded files, extracted data, or generated output.
